On the sign-up screen, choose “Are you a business? Join Scéal for Business”.

We review it
A member of our team reviews your business and offer, usually within 2 working days, and sets its price in cúilíní. We email you either way.

Your offer goes live
Learners find it in Rewards in the app. You confirm their codes in the Scéal app.
Three ways learners redeem
You choose how learners use your offer: in person, or online by booking, email or both. Each code works once, and the app tells you if it’s valid.
Book online
After redeeming, the learner gets your booking link and their code, and gives you the code when they book. You type it in the app as soon as the booking arrives.
The code lasts 30 days.
By email
After redeeming, the learner sends you a ready-written email with their code in it. You type the code in the app as soon as the email arrives.

Questions
- What does it cost?
Nothing. Joining Scéal for Business and listing your offer are free.
- Who pays for the offer?
You do. You choose the offer and you fund it yourself, and you honour it for every valid code. Scéal doesn’t subsidise rewards.
- How long does approval take?
Usually within 2 working days. A member of our team checks every business and offer before it goes live, and we email you when we’ve decided. If it isn’t approved, we tell you why, and you can apply again.
- Can I pause or change my offer?
Yes. In the app, under Manage offer, you can pause your offer and resume it whenever you like. While it’s paused, learners can’t redeem it, and codes they’ve already paid for are still honoured.
To change it, delete it and create a new offer; we check the new one before it goes live. When you delete an offer, learners who paid for a code and haven’t used it get their cúilíní back.
- Can my staff use it?
Yes. Your staff sign in to the Scéal app on their own phones with your business’s email and password, and confirm learners’ codes there. There are no separate staff accounts: everyone shares your business’s one sign-in. Pausing or deleting your offer, and deleting your business account, need your owner PIN.
- How do I leave?
In the app: Business account → Delete account. Or email hello@sceal.studio and we’ll delete it for you. Your offer ends straight away, and learners with unused codes get their cúilíní back.
- What do I see about learners?
You see “Scéal learner” and their code, never their name or email. If a learner books online or emails you, you see what they enter on your booking page or the address they email from. More in our privacy policy.
